《104》往自己以外看，是比較和分別，這樣是找不到快樂的。如果你花時間去尋求一個完美的人或完美的老師也一樣找不到平靜。佛陀告訴我們去看「法」——真理，而不是去看別人。

Looking outside the self is to compare and to discriminate. You will not find happiness that way. Nor will you find peace, if you spend more time looking for a perfect person or the perfect teacher. The Buddha taught us to look at the Dhamma, the truth, and not to look at other people.
