No Ajahn Chah《104》

《104》往自己以外看，是比较和分别，这样是找不到快乐的。如果你花时间去寻求一个完美的人或完美的老师也一样找不到平静。佛陀告诉我们去看「法」——真理，而不是去看别人。

Looking outside the self is to compare and to discriminate. You will not find happiness that way. Nor will you find peace, if you spend more time looking for a perfect person or the perfect teacher. The Buddha taught us to look at the Dhamma, the truth, and not to look at other people.
