《189》樹、山、蔓都是依循它們自己的真理而生存，隨著自己的本然而生滅；它們無動于衷，可是，我們人卻不然。我們對一切事物都過于小題大作，然而，身體依然追隨它的本然——出生、成長、最後死亡；它們如此遵循自然的法律。希望能有其它可能的人，只有受苦而已。

Trees, mountains, and vines all live according to their own truth. They appear and die following their nature. They remain impassive. But not we people. We make a fuss over everything. Yet the body just follows its own nature: it』s born, grows old and eventually dies. If follows nature in this way. Whoever wishes it to be otherwise will just suffer.
