不要像家庭主婦一樣，洗碗筷時總帶著一副愁容。她一心一意地想把碗筷洗乾淨，然而，卻沒有覺察到自己的心竟是污穢的！你見過這種事嗎？她僅看到眼前的碗筷，其實，她看得離自己太遠了，不是嗎？我說呀，你們有些人大概都會有過這種經驗，而這也就是你們必須觀察的地方。一般人祗專心洗碗筷，卻讓自己的心染污了，這樣子不太好。他們遺忘了他們自己。
